How do I place my order?

To place your order follow these simple steps:

  1. 1. Select the product and choose its variations as you’d like and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you can add multiple products on your cart).
  2. After shopping click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
  3. You can either log in to epicstuff.in, if you have an account with us or simply login through Facebook or Google+ or continue as a guest.
  4. Fill the billing details on the checkout page and click on Place Order.

How will I receive my products?

We will ship your product through reliable courier services and it will be delivered to you right at your doorstep.

How will I confirm that my order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, we will send you a confirmation mail from epicstuff.in. This will inform you regarding all the details of your order.

How can I pay for my order?

Online Payment Gateway [ Credit card and Net banking ] and Cash On Delivery option. If you [The Customer] pay twice for one transaction, then one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07-10 working days

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The Epicstuff Store is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

For metro cities, we will deliver the product 03-05 working days through domestic courier & rural are we will delivered the product 01-02 weeks through Indian Post.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

Currently Epicstuff store is open for online purchase only to clients based in India. For International purchase, please write to us directly at info@epicstuff.in

How is shipping charge calculated?

Shipping is free for all parts of India on orders above Rs. 500/-.

Cash on delivery is available on orders above Rs. 500/- [ In select cities – pls check while purchasing ]

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Epicstuff Store believes that we provide our customers with ample information to take an informed buy. Hence, once placed, an order cannot be cancelled.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you believe you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We shall entertain such request within 7 days of the product being delivered. Also, please call our customer care at 01141669201 or email us at info@epicstuff.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost within 7 days. Please make sure that the original product packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

Any product that is returned without all original packaging included with the product at the time of delivery;

Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Once the returned product is received by The EPICSTUFF Store, and you’ll be informed when you shall receive an acknowledgement via email. we shall review the returned product within 3 days of receiving it and will email you regarding details of replacement, duration [ within 7 days if in stock ] and shipping information.

Can I get a refund on my returned order?

We truly believe that a The EPICSTUFF Store buyer will never go displeased with our service. Hence, we only provide replacement for validated returned orders. cost of return will be covered by us [ EPICSTUFF ] .Orders once placed, cannot be refunded.

Can I exchange my returned product for another product of my choice?

If the product ordered by you was returned due to above stated reasons, you’re entitled to ask for a replacement while you contact us. Please mention the same in your mail or call to us. We will try to provide the same subject to stock availability.
